Our Legacy's Paris Premiere of A Sexual History of the Internet by Mindy Seu

Last week, we joined Our Legacy at Dover Street Market Paris for the Paris premiere of A Sexual History of the Internet, a participatory lecture performance by artist and technologist Mindy Seu.

Part artist's book, part collective reading, the project unfolds through the audience's own phones, transforming a familiar technology into a shared stage. Drawing from a script composed entirely of citations, the performance excavates the strange, intimate, and often overlooked histories embedded within the digital tools we use every day, while questioning who gets credited - and compensated - for the knowledge that shapes our online lives. The evening, presented as part of Dover Street Market Paris's Paris Fashion Week Men's experience, concluded with a reception and book signing, bringing together artists, readers, and friends around a project that treats the internet not as infrastructure, but as a deeply human archive of desire, power, and collective memory.

custom-developed fabrics on signature shapes, Our Legacy has amassed a devoted following over the years establishing the role of a cult brand.
The collections include men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, defined by a progressive exploration of seasonal themes through an intricate attention to detail and repurposing
of materials. Our Legacy exists in the junction between familiar and irregular, with reworked yet recognizable silhouettes across recurring sub-categories.
